Complete the Debit Authorization Form and return to Utilities Office at Decatur City Hall to enroll in Auto-Pay. This will deduct your monthly bill directly from your checking account.

CITY OF DECATUR UTILITIES

The City of Decatur Utilities Department now offers online access to your Utilities account.
Click here to access your account. To register, you will need a copy of your Utility bill.

Features of online access to your account include:

• Sign up for paperless billing
• View transaction history
• Change billing address information
• View your bill online
• Monitor your water usage
• Pay your bill online via debit card or credit card
  *Payments made online via debit card or credit card will incur a 3 percent convenience fee assessed to your transaction. There is a minimum fee of $1.00 for transactions less than $33.00.
